Services We Provide
Findabake Ltd trading as BakeryGo (“BakeryGo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering digital tools and features to cake makers and bakers to manage and streamline their business operations within the United Kingdom. The Platform is intended to support the operation of small-scale and independent baking businesses by providing digital tools, features, and services designed to manage business operations.
Subject to these Terms, the services provided by BakeryGo (collectively, the “Services”) may include, without limitation, the following functionalities:
Customer Enquiry Forms:
Bakers may generate and share individual enquiry forms with their customers to collect order details, requirements, contact information, and photos. These forms operate without requiring customer accounts or logins. Bakers are solely responsible for how they use any personal data collected through these forms and must ensure compliance with all applicable data protection laws.
Online Storefront and E-Commerce Tools:
The Platform enables bakers to list baked goods and other related products for sale. This tool enables bakers to create their own independent online stores as part of their subscription. Customers may browse listings, place orders, and remit payment through integrated third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) or via offline methods (e.g., cash or direct bank transfer), as selected by the baker. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.
Pricing and Quotation Tool:
Bakers may access an automated pricing estimation tool designed to assist in calculating baseline product pricing based on inputs such as ingredient costs, labour, equipment usage, delivery expenses, and other business considerations. This tool is intended solely as a pricing guide and does not constitute a binding or recommended price, nor does it guarantee profitability or business success.
Invoice Generation Utility:
The Platform may include functionality allowing bakers to generate branded invoices in PDF format for distribution to customers. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any invoice generated using this tool.
Subscription-Based Enhanced Services:
Additional features, tools, and benefits may be made available to bakers who enroll in one of BakeryGo’s paid subscription packages, available on a monthly or annual basis. The scope of such enhanced services will be detailed at the time of subscription.
BakeryGo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, update, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any of the above-described Services or features, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice or liability.
Subscription Terms
Subscription Packages and Term
Findabake Ltd trading as BakeryGo offers two tiers of subscription-based services (each, a “Subscription Package”), available for purchase by users on either a monthly or annual basis (each, a “Subscription Term”). The specific features and benefits of each Subscription Package are described on the applicable Subscription page of the Platform, which is accessible at:
https://bakerygo.co.uk/
Fees and Payment
The fees payable in respect of each Subscription Package shall be as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and are payable in advance for the applicable Subscription Term. Unless the payment is processed and your order is confirmed in writing via email, your Subscription Term shall not commence.
All payments shall be processed via Stripe or such other third-party payment processor as we may designate from time to time. By subscribing, you authorise such payment processor to charge your designated payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, bank charges, or other governmental assessments, including but not limited to value-added tax (“VAT”). You represent and warrant that, where applicable, you are registered for VAT purposes in the United Kingdom and will provide a valid VAT registration number prior to the processing of your transaction. In the absence of such information, no retrospective refunds or credits shall be issued in respect of any VAT charged.
We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fees at any time. Any changes made shall take effect in the next billing period.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions shall automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term for successive terms of equal duration (each, a “Renewal Term”), unless either party provides notice of non-renewal in accordance with this clause.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing us with a written notice via the designated email address. Cancellation shall take effect at the conclusion of the then-current Subscription Term.
No refunds, credits, or prorated payments shall be issued for any cancellation occurring partway through a Subscription Term, including cancellations made after the commencement of an annual Subscription Term.
First-Time Sign-Up: 7-Day Refund
Charge & start: Payment is taken at signup. A single 7-day refund window applies only to your first subscription with BakeryGo (the initial sign-up period), whether monthly or annual.
Cancel within 7 days of first payment: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method and end access immediately.
Renewals & later charges: Renewals are non-refundable. Cancelling after the 7-day first-time window will stop future billing and you’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period (no pro-rata refunds).
Plan changes after sign-up: Upgrades, downgrades, or switches do not create a new 7-day refund window unless we state otherwise in writing.
How to cancel/request a refund: From Settings → Membership Account → Cancel or by emailing hello@bakerygo.co.uk.
Fair use: We may decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., repeated sign-ups/refunds across accounts).
Rights: This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Notice of Non-Renewal
Either party may prevent the renewal of the Subscription by providing written notice of non-renewal. Such notice must be received before the commencement of the next Renewal Term.
Non-Payment and Suspension of Access
In the event that any amounts due remain unpaid, we shall provide you with written notice of non-payment.
If payment in full is not received within five (5) calendar days following such notice, we reserve the right to suspend or disable your access to any or all Subscription Services until such time as the outstanding amounts are settled in full.
Processing Of Payments By Customers
Online Card Payments via Stripe
Bakers may accept payments for goods and services via credit or debit card using Stripe, an independent third-party payment processor. Through Stripe Connect, bakers connect their own Stripe accounts to receive payments directly from customers. BakeryGo does not process payments or hold funds on behalf of bakers. Vendors are solely responsible for creating and maintaining a valid Stripe account and for complying with all applicable Stripe terms and conditions.
We do not process, collect, or store any cardholder data and shall not be liable for any failure by Stripe to complete a transaction or for any losses arising in connection therewith.
You shall comply with Stripe’s Terms at all times, which can be found at:
https://stripe.com/gb/legal/ssa
Offline Payments (Cash or Bank Transfer)
Bakers may choose to accept offline payments directly from customers via cash or bank transfer. Where such payment methods are selected, BakeryGo does not act as an agent, intermediary, or payment facilitator and assumes no responsibility for the transmission or security of funds between the parties.
Changes To Services, Features, Functionalities
We reserve the right to make changes to our Services unilaterally and without prior notice. Such changes may include the introduction of new features, the removal or alteration of existing functionalities, features, and content, and adjustments to usage limits.
If you are on a Subscription Term as a Baker, we will ensure that the core functionality and overall performance of the Subscription Service remain substantially consistent and are not materially diminished during your Subscription Term.
